Seasoned and widely versed executive with over twenty-five years hands-on experience in management and information technology with special focus on IT Security & Disaster Planning. Successfully assisted many enterprises in integrating e-business processes into their operations, strategically, and securely by approaching these subjects from both a strategic business perspective and a security perspective.

• Security Policies & Procedures: A pioneer in computer security with many policy development and audit projects at all levels and for many industries such as federal and municipal government, manufacturing, oil, telecommunications, etc. Special emphasis placed on improving communication between top management and technical security personnel.
• Technologies and Standards of Practice: PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), public key encryption, digital signatures and certificates of authority, enterprise information portals and enabling technologies, knowledge management, system development life-cycle, project management, data warehousing - data marts, EDI, XML and emerging e-business standards.

Excellent communication skills. Has served as an outside member on Boards of several computer services companies and was on the board of a non-profit foundation for many years.
