A strategic planner with strengths proven under-fire, producing solid business results with start-ups to multi-billion dollar, multi-national organizations. Industry segment experience includes wireless telecom, semiconductor, computer systems & peripherals, and storage networking.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Contract Manufacturing: Broad range of experience identifying and qualifying sources, negotiating contacts, creating processes and implementing programs for products from multi-processor computer systems, monitors and disk drives, to fine pitch, multi-layer printed circuit board assemblies, application specific semiconductor devices and multi-chip semiconductor module assemblies. Experience with both tier-one and tier-two contract manufacturing services providers.

Supply Chain Management: Source, make, deliver, return, and repair (SCOR) approach to supply chain creation, execution, and performance measurement. Supply chain development examples include the following: multi-supplier, multi-facility semiconductor manufacture, assembly, test and distribution management; complete, high volume computer system manufacturing, distribution, return and repair network creation and management; start-up, custom ASIC-based, SAN product contract sourcing, process development, quality and manufacturing systems creation; high volume, video display terminal supplier sourcing in Asia, factory start-up, and distribution chain development.

Development: Design release strategies, develop functional specifications, document process flows, architectures, functional specifications, and use cases. Design topologies, process flows, and identify component technologies. Develop product and technology alliances. Developed wireless and wireline B2C and B2B eCommerce, payment, and hosting services.

IIT Application Support: Development and implementation of E-Business, ERP, APS, virtual manufacturing, and configuration/documentation management systems to support project/process execution, management, measurement and reporting.
